Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1647 of 2021 arising out Jankia P.S. Case No.318 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Khurda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/506/34 of the Act.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as such the present ABLAPL is not maintainable. The same is disposed of accordingly as there is no apprehension of arrest.
