Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.2353 of 2022 arising out Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.48 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Bhubaneswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 493/420/506/34 of the Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegations being primarily against the co-accuse A. Rath, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the

petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
