This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in Sarankul P.S. Case No.30 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.85 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon running for the alleged commission of offence under section -341/323/307/294/506/34 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 18.05.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
