1. It is stated that that the Company has since been added as a Order No.
party, the trial is also proceeding against it.
2. In that view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
3. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise other pleas as may be available to it in accordance with law in the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. It will open to the parties to move the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the matter.
