1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this CRLMC with a prayer to quash the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by the learned NGN-cumJMFC, Rajnagar, Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.210 of 2019, arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No.172 of 2019 taking cognizance of the offences under Section 498A/ 304B/ 306/ 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners do not find place in the F.I.R. However, their role is mentioned in the charge-sheet. Accordingly, cognizance has been taken against the petitioners vide the impugned order. N.B.Ws. were also issued against the petitioners.

5. Since the N.B.Ws. were issued against the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter and move for bail in the aforesaid case. On such event, the court in seisin over the matter shall consider the bail of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, this CRLMC is disposed of.

7. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 and Court's Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
