This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.367 of 2022 arising out of Khurda Model P.S. Case No.114 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D. J.M. Khurda for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/341/294/323/354/506/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are the in-laws. Considering the nature of allegations and submission made, this Court directs that on

surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
