Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr. Bose, the petitioners are aggrieved by nondisposal of L.A. Case No.28 of 2019 arising out of L.A. Ref. Case No.25 of 2018 pending in the court of L.A.R. & R. at Cuttack filed under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of directing the Presiding Officer, L.A.R. & R. at Cuttack (opposite party no.3) to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order if there is no other impediment.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
