1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 09.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.38456 of 2021 directing the Opposite Party/ Contemnor to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of four months from the date of communication of a certified copy of the order.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had submitted a fresh representation appending the certified copy of the order on 13.12.2021.

// 2 // But the same is still pending before the Opposite Party/Contemnor.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that the Opposite Party/ Contemnor undertakes that the representation of the Petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of one month from today.

6. On the basis of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education, this CONTC is disposed of as dropped.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
