Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 17 of 2021 arising out of Banpaur P.S. Case No.14 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Banpur for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/324/325/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the petitioners are ladies and in terms of the Proviso under Section 437(1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
