This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pipil P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 272 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC., Pipili for commission of offence under Sections 391/294/323/506/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 25 of the Arms Act. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that there are antecedents against all the petitioners' inasmuch as in ABLAPL NO. 13764 of 2020 this Court while releasing the petitioners on bail had imposed conditions which have been flouted.

Taking note of such submission and keeping in view of the allegations in the case art hand, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the ABLAPL in respect of petitioner No.1, the same accordingly stands dismissed.

Nature of allegations vis-a-vis petitioners 2, 3 and 5 are omnibus in nature.

So far as petitioner No. 4 is concerned, though, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that specific overt act is attributed to petitioner No.4. Yet considering his age, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail he along with petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 5 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 8.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
