1. By the impugned judgment dated 7th March 2019, the learned Single Judge has only remitted the matter to the Disciplinary Authority to reconsider the case of the Respondent in light of the two earlier individual cases supposedly similarly situated persons viz., Ramnath Lakra and Stephen Khalko and to take a decision on the basis of the findings arrived at in those two cases. It has further been clarified that the Respondent would not be entitled to back wages.
2. Considering the limited nature of relief granted to the Respondent, the Court sees no prejudice being caused to the present Appellants by the above directions.
3. It is directed that if not already implemented the above directions of the learned Single Judge, it will be implemented by the present Appellants within a period of four weeks and the decision be communicated to the Respondent within a week thereafter.
