This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhawanipatna Town P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 499 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhawanipatra for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/341/323/307/120-B/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the co-accused similarly circumstanced has been released on pre-arrest bail by this Court dated 20.05.2022 in ABLAPL No. 4664 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
