This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Thakurmunda-Opposite Party No.3 to provide certified copy of the entire order sheet of OLR 19(1)(C) Case No. 98 of 2009 as well as enquiry report of R.I. in that proceeding within a stipulated time.

It is submitted by Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner that although an application for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet of the aforesaid case has been made by the Petitioner since 8th December, 2021, the same has not yet been supplied. It is his submission that there is no legal impediment in providing the certified copy of such documents. In spite of his best effort, the Petitioner could not get the certified copy of such documents. Thus, the Petitioner finding no other alternative has filed this writ petition.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no instruction in the matter and prays for an adjournment for the same.

On perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it appears that the Petitioner has not yet filed any application in proper format for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet of the aforesaid case along with requisite fees and necessary folios. 6.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files an application in proper format for supply of certified copy of the entire order sheet of OLR 19(1)(C) Case No. 98 of 2009 of the court of Tahasildar, Thakurmunda-Opposite Party No.3 as well as enquiry report of the R.I. of the said case along with requisite fees and necessary folios within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be supplied to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks therefrom after compliance of deficiencies, if any. If, for any reason, the Tahasildar, Thakurmunda is of the opinion that certified copy as applied for cannot be supplied, the reason thereof shall be communicated to the Petitioner within the aforesaid period.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
