Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel. There is already appearance on behalf of the Opposite Party No.4 by filing 'Vakalatnama' in Court today. The same be kept on record.

Considering the gravity involved in this case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to forward the case of the Petitioner to the Opposite Party No.2 for its decision within a period of one day from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to take a decision in the matter at least within a period of three days thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
