Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 749 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for commission of offence under Sections 294/341/323/324/307/379/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the co-accused similarly circumstanced has been released on pre-arrest bail by this Court dated 24.02.2022 in ABLAPL No. 2712 of 2020, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
