The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 964 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC( R), Cuttack for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/302/304-B/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application, since the allegation inter alia, under Section 302 of the I.P.C., the ABLAPL accordingly stands rejected.
