Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner the name of the Case number and Court in the cause title page of the bail application is corrected as "Special Case No.83 of 2020" and "Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Balasore" instead of "C.T. Case No.160 of 2020" and "J.M.F.C.(R), Balasore. 5.

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners be extended by fifteen days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
