ORDER
28.6.2022 Order No.
4.
1.
On instruction, Mr.S.P.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Contemnors submits that there have been so many complications in the meantime creating obstruction in disposal of Encroachment Case No.1640 of 2011.
2.
For the opinion of this Court, there may be obstruction but once a proceeding is initiated, it must find a logical end. In the process, in disposal of the Contempt Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar concerned to conclude the Encroachment Case No.1640/2011 taking into account any development in the meantime, if any, further involving the Parties likely to be affected by such order by completing the entire exercise within a period of ten weeks. The Petitioner, if so likes, may take help of the decision attempted to cite by the Petitioner in the case at hand before the Competent Authority for its consideration.
