This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Talcher P.S. Case No.124 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.581 of 2021 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M. Talcher running for the alleged commission of offence under section379/120-B/420/465/471/473 of the IPC read with Section-12 of Orissa Mines & Minerals (Prevention of Theft Smuggling Activities) Act, 1957 for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order passed on 19.04.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
