Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 06.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 31022 of 2021. 4.

It is contended by learned Addl. Government Advocate that as against the order dated 06.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 31022 of 2021, the State has preferred W.A. No. 370 of 2021, which is pending adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the contempt petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer in case he succeeds in W.A. No. 370 of 2021.
