This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.
The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Balikuda P.S. Case No. 142 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 503 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC., Jagatsinghpur for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 294/323/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL in respect of petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 5, the same accordingly stands dismissed. 5.
So far as petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations and submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,
petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seision over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
