This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.4700 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioners but inadvertently, the parity has not been given to the petitioners as because the principal accused has already been released on bail in the meantime. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for modification.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the last line of paragraph-7 of the order dated 29.07.2022, it be inserted after the paragraph-7 "as per submission, the principal accused has already been released on bail, the principles of parity be given to the petitioners, if applicable", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order

// 2 // dated 29.07.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court in seisin over the matter on or before 29th of August, 2022. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
