Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was elected on 1st January, 2021 as General Secretary of Boudh District Journalists Association. She was wrongfully removed on issuance of impugned letter dated 11th February, 2022. She made representation dated 21st February, 2022 to Additional District Magistrate, Boudh (opposite party no.3). There be direction for consideration of the representation. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly considered. Eight weeks time be given for the purpose.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to deal with said representation dated 21st February, 2022 and inform the result to petitioner within eight weeks of communication.
