2. Heard Mr. R.N.Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner-wife.

3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Civil Suit (Matrimonial) No.26 of 2022 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Balangir to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela.

4. Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this transfer petition stating that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars. To that effect, he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

5. Accordingly, the TRP (C) stands dismissed, as withdrawn. .........................
