Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 213 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 480 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Dhenkanal for commission of offence under Sections 420/120-B/109/506/34 of the I.P.C. and section 9-B of the Indian Explosive Act.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the informant on instruction places on record that the petitioner is a history sheeter inasmuch as there are nine cases of similar nature are pending against him. The note of criminal antecedents filed by the learned counsel for the informant is taken on record.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain his anticipatory bail application and accordingly the same is rejected. V.Narasingh Dhal (Vacation Judge)
