Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Hinjili P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 134 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC., Hinjili for commission of offence under Sections 452/323/294/354/354-B/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
