Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to Opposite Parties to confer forest right Patta by the Nabarangpur District Level Committee as per the resolution passed by the Gram Sabha as per the provisions of Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 and Rules framed therein in 2007.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the Grampanchayat to convene Gram Sabha as per Rule-3 of the Rules, 2007.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
