Dr. (Maj) Shaikh Mahfooz and another AIR 2009 Ori 46, the present writ appeal is not maintainable and accordingly, learned counsel appearing for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the same to seek other appropriate remedies in accordance with law

2. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
