This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction for consideration of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-1 pending before the Sub-Registrar, Banpur to block

// 2 // the registration of sale deed involved in RFA No. 10 of 2018, which is sub-judice.

This Court vide order dated 21st July, 2022 passed the following order:

"1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. An adjournment is sought for by Ms. Rout, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Mansingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the ground of his illness.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Intervener submits that since an adjournment is sought for on the ground of illness of learned counsel for the Petitioner, it should not have objected. But, it appears that the Petitioner in order to harass the Invervener is taking adjournment in the matter on each date of its posting.

4. In view of the above, the matter stands adjourned to be listed on 28th July, 2022 by which date, if the matter is not argued on merit by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Court will proceed with the matter in accordance with law."

In view of the above, due to none appearance of the Petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
