No.907 of 2018 is already filed but there is also finalization of the issues, this Court while restricting the Plaintiff from undertaking ordinary exercise of adjournment directs the trial court to conclude the trial involving C.S. No.907 of 2018 at least within one year from the date of communication of this order. 3.

The CMP stands disposed of accordingly.
