Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Plantsite P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 893 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Panposh, Rourkela for commission of offence under Sections 405/468/420/456 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the incident relates to the year 2017 and keeping in view the age of the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
