The petitioner in the writ petition has stated that he has been nominated by the Government to function as President of Dadhibamanjew Mahavidyalaya at Nayagarh vide communication dated 23.09.2021 of the Government (Annexure-1). The petitioner's grievance is that though nominated, he is yet to act as President.

When specifically asked that whether the petitioner has moved the authority in any manner for redressal of his grievances, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner may be permitted to move the authority for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move the authority for redressal of his grievances.

It shall be open for the petitioner to file writ petition for any subsequent cause of action.
