Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for extension of time for surrender. 3.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is persuaded to extend the time for surrender fixed paragraph 4 of the order dated 24.05.2022 for a further period of three weeks from today keeping in view intervening winter break.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. 5.

Other stipulations remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
