The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Collector, Kendrapara-Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by him on 8th April, 2022 for correction of R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.91 to an extent of Ac.0.014 decimals under Khata No.361 situated in Mouza Sendhapalli in the district of Kendrapara, which has been published in the name of the Government.

In view of the averments made in the writ petition, prayer is misconceived and the writ petition cannot be entertained. 4.
