This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the order dated 9th January, 2015 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court, Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.15/37 of 2009/2004 and order for summoning of the witnesses cited in the schedule to the petition vide Annexure-1.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment.

Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department submits that the case is the defence evidence stage in the trial court.

The matter was figured in the weekly list and it is well within the knowledge of the learned counsel for the Petitioner

// 2 // that the matter will taken up, but instead of arguing the matter, she seeks adjournment of the case.

I am inclined to adjourn the case further, since it is a case of the year 2015 and the case is stated to be defence stage of the trial court.
