1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in CRLMC No.998 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of opposite party No.2 has been mentioned as "Menakshee Biswas" instead of "Sibani Tudu" in 2nd paragraph 5th line of the aforesaid order dated 07.01.2022. So, he wants to correct the name of opposite party no.2.

4. In view of such submission, the name of opposite party No.2 shall be read as "Sibani Tudu".

5. This order shall be treated as a part of the original order dated 07.01.2022. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. (S.K. Panigrahi) Judge PCD
