Mr. L. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that when the order dated 17.12.2019 passed by this Court in connected Writ Petitions, namely, W.P.(C) Nos.8307 of 2018, 8309 of 2018, 8311 of 2018 and 8313 of 2018 has been complied with, there is no justifiable reason for non-compliance of the very same Order passed in the present case on 17.12.2019.

In that view of the matter, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Parties to comply with the order dated 17.12.2019 passed in this case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months. However, if there is any difficulty, it is open to the Opposite Parties to file an application for variation of the Order. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
