This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Deogarh P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 722 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Deogarh for commission of offence under Sections 457/380 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioner on bail the learned court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent,

this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
