This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ application has been filed with a limited prayer for a direction to the 1st M.A.C.T., Jajpur to consider the application filed by the Legal heirs of the deceased awardee for release of the amount to repay the loan amount taken for the expenses of funeral and sudhi ceremony of the deceased. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that they have filed an Interlocutory Application supported by an affidavit of all the legal heirs of the deceased Account holders and the same is stated to be pending before the learned M.A.C.T.

Considering the urgency the learned Tribunal is directed to take up the Interlocutory Application expeditiously and decide the same keeping in view the requirement of genuine case and if possible
// 2 // a percentage of deposited amount be released in favour of the L.Rs in a suitable manner. Let the Petitioners approach the learned Tribunal along with certified copy of this order. On production of certified copy of the order, learned Tribunal shall take a decision thereon within 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
