For the nature of relief sought for through Annexure-9, this Court finds, the provision of the OPP Act has no application to the present case. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner wanted to withdraw the Writ Petition in order to avail appropriate remedy.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
