1. Learned counsels for the parties submit that in the 2nd line of para 22 of the order dated 12th October 2022, the word 'Appellant' has been inadvertently reflected instead of "Respondent Nos.1 and 2". Accordingly, a prayer is made to correct the said order.

2. Considering the submission made, the applications are allowed.
