1. A compromise affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.2 is on record.

2. In that view of the matter, Gania P.S. Case No.17 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.61 of 2011 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Dasapalla and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
