A serious allegation is made through paragraph no.5 that there is an attempt for eviction of the Petitioner without following due process of law.

2.

Considering the allegation made on behalf of Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs, if the Petitioner has not faced any such eviction proceeding as of now, there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law.

3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
