1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 21st August, 2021 in connection with Raruan P.S. Case No.110/2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.16/2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Karanjia for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 457/395/307 of I.P.C.

It is alleged that some persons entered into the house of the informant by breaking the door and committed theft of gold chain and a mobile phone and when they were protested, the father of the informant was assaulted by means of an iron rod resulting in injuries. It is submitted that the basis of implication of the Petitioner is the statement of the co-accused. Further, no T.I. parade was conducted. In the mean time charge sheet has already been submitted.

5. Considering the above facts and taking into account the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
