Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 213 of 2022, arising out of Nilgiri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections209/294/420/485/467/488/471/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall

be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
