2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 02.01.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.3824 of 2005 rejecting the petition filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall P.W.6.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter. No stay has been granted in this case.
4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
