This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Petitioner is a defaulting borrower of three loan accounts (C.C., T.L. and UGECL) availed from the Union Bank of India, Tamasa, Malkanagiri-I Branch, Malkanagiri. Due to non-servicing of the accounts, they were declared NPA on 30th June, 2021 leading to the e-auction fixed for sale of the mortgaged property on 29th April, 2022 for an outstanding liability of around Rs.11.5 lakhs.

At the time of hearing, Mr. S.K. Ghose, panel lawyer for the Bank, appearing on advance notice, states that the auction fixed on 29th April, 2022 stood cancelled for want of any intending bidders. He further states that proceedings for fresh auction to be conducted on 20th May, 2022 have been initiated.

At this stage, counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition to enable the
// 2 // Petitioner by filing a fresh one challenging the subsequent development.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
