2. The Petitioner in this case has challenged the order dated 02.12.2011 passed by the learned Special Judge, Balasore in Special Case No.101/2011.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this criminal misc. case be heard and disposed of on merit.

4. It appears that in spite of the direction of this Court dated 03.04.2015, no requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties 2 to 8 have been filed. In the meanwhile near about ten years have elapsed and the present status of the case is also not known. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending further and as such dismisses this Criminal Misc. for non-compliance of the order dated 03.04.2015.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
