This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application filed by the Petitioner to direct the Tahasildar, Baramba-Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of OLR Case No.1 of 2018 within a stipulated period pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12th May, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

On perusal of the order dated 12th May, 2022, it appears that this Court was not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner in the said writ petition. Hence, prayer made in this I.A. is misconceived.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
