Heard Mr. A.P. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

On instruction, Mr. Nanda submits that pursuant to the complaint under Annexure-3, Airfield P.S. Case No.125 dated 21.05.2022 has already been registered for commission of offences under Sections 430/431/432/506/34 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
